Information processed for a review

When you start or continue a review, the extension processes the selected pages' URLs and titles, visited URL variants in that review, selected element text and attributes, a small rebuilt inert DOM snippet, your notes and expected results, screenshots, reference images, and viewport/browser metadata. Target selection and scroll coordinates help locate the issue; they are page geometry, not physical location.

The extension does not query Chrome's history database or monitor unrelated browsing. Clipboard content is accessed when you paste into a note. Reference images are normalized locally with size and dimension limits.

Local storage and your exports

Review documents and images are stored in the extension's IndexedDB on your device. Preferences and the active review identifier use chrome.storage.local; temporary tab-to-review bindings use chrome.storage.session. The extension does not use chrome.storage.sync or send reviews to a server.

Export is a user-requested local download. You choose what to include, inspect the preview and control any later sharing. The extension does not connect to an AI account, run an AI model or upload to an AI service. Files shared outside the extension are subject to the recipient's practices.

Site permissions

The extension requests access to the current website when you start or continue a review. Optional HTTP/HTTPS host declarations allow reviews on websites you choose, including local development sites; they do not grant access to every website at installation.

The chosen origin permission allows the packaged annotation interface to return after navigation or reload. activeTab supports the user-selected page context and viewport capture; scripting injects the packaged interface; storage keeps local settings; sidePanel displays the review list and export tools. Chrome lets you revoke site access.

Optional diagnostics

Console warnings/errors and failed-request metadata have independent controls and are disabled by default. If enabled, the extension observes new console warnings/errors and failed fetch/XHR URL, method, status and duration. The buffer is limited to 200 records per review. Earlier page errors are not recovered.

Request headers and bodies are not recorded. Raw objects/getters are not traversed. Diagnostic data can be supplied by the page and should be treated as untrusted evidence, not instructions.

Redaction and screenshot limits

Recognized secret query values, credentials, common tokens, authorization/cookie strings and card-like values are scrubbed before persistence and again before export. DOM snippets exclude input values, event handlers and arbitrary page HTML.

Visible form fields and inaccessible embedded frames are masked by default. Recognized password/secret inputs remain masked even if general input masking is disabled. Other private text, images and reference screenshots are not automatically OCR-redacted. Review the preview before sharing; masking cannot guarantee that an image contains no sensitive information.

Retention, deletion and device access

Local reviews remain until you delete them or clear extension data. Deleting a review from History removes its records and images. Settings can clear reviews, images, preferences and onboarding state. Removing the extension removes its browser-managed data. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them.

Site permissions are managed separately by Chrome. Local data is not encrypted independently of your browser profile; anyone with access to the profile or device may be able to access it.

No sale, tracking or unrelated use

The extension does not sell or transfer review data to third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Processing is limited to creating, managing and exporting the visual reviews you request. There is no product-usage tracking or extension telemetry.

For questions or privacy requests, use the AppKiro contact page linked below. Information you choose to submit there is received through the website's contact service so your request can be answered. Avoid sending passwords or private review material unnecessarily.

The AppKiro website has its own privacy policy for website analytics, cookies and contact submissions. Those website services are separate from the extension's local review storage.

Thông tin được xử lý cho phiên đánh giá

Khi bạn tạo hoặc tiếp tục phiên, tiện ích xử lý URL và tiêu đề của các trang đã đánh giá, biến thể URL đã truy cập trong phiên, chữ và thuộc tính phần tử đã chọn, một đoạn DOM nhỏ được dựng lại ở dạng không thực thi, ghi chú và kết quả mong muốn, ảnh chụp, ảnh tham chiếu cùng thông tin cửa sổ/trình duyệt. Vị trí phần tử và toạ độ cuộn giúp tìm vấn đề trên trang, không phải vị trí địa lý.

Tiện ích không đọc cơ sở dữ liệu lịch sử Chrome hay theo dõi việc duyệt web không liên quan. Nội dung clipboard được truy cập khi bạn dán vào ghi chú. Ảnh tham chiếu được chuẩn hoá cục bộ với giới hạn dung lượng và kích thước.

Lưu trên thiết bị và xuất tệp

Tài liệu đánh giá và ảnh nằm trong IndexedDB của tiện ích trên thiết bị. Tuỳ chọn cùng mã phiên hiện tại dùng chrome.storage.local; liên kết tạm giữa tab và phiên dùng chrome.storage.session. Tiện ích không dùng chrome.storage.sync hay gửi phiên đến máy chủ.

Xuất tệp là thao tác tải về do bạn yêu cầu. Bạn chọn nội dung, kiểm tra bản xem trước và quyết định việc chia sẻ sau đó. Tiện ích không kết nối tài khoản AI, chạy mô hình AI hay tải lên dịch vụ AI. Tệp đã chia sẻ bên ngoài tuân theo cách xử lý của người hoặc dịch vụ nhận.

Quyền truy cập website

Tiện ích xin quyền cho website hiện tại khi bạn tạo hoặc tiếp tục phiên. Khai báo quyền HTTP/HTTPS tuỳ chọn cho phép đánh giá website bạn chọn, bao gồm trang phát triển cục bộ; không cấp quyền mọi website ngay lúc cài.

Quyền của nguồn đã chọn giúp giao diện ghi chú đi kèm tiện ích trở lại sau khi chuyển trang hoặc tải lại. activeTab phục vụ thông tin trang và chụp vùng đang hiển thị; scripting chèn giao diện đóng gói sẵn; storage giữ tuỳ chọn cục bộ; sidePanel hiển thị danh sách và công cụ xuất. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền trong Chrome.

Thông tin chẩn đoán tuỳ chọn

Cảnh báo/lỗi console và thông tin yêu cầu mạng thất bại có hai điều khiển riêng, mặc định tắt. Khi bật, tiện ích quan sát cảnh báo/lỗi mới và URL, phương thức, trạng thái, thời lượng của fetch/XHR thất bại. Bộ đệm giới hạn 200 bản ghi mỗi phiên; không khôi phục lỗi xảy ra trước đó.

Không ghi header hoặc nội dung yêu cầu mạng. Không duyệt sâu đối tượng thô hay getter. Dữ liệu chẩn đoán có thể do trang cung cấp, vì vậy chỉ nên coi là bằng chứng chưa đáng tin, không phải chỉ dẫn để thực thi.

Che thông tin và giới hạn của ảnh

Giá trị bí mật đã nhận diện trong query, thông tin đăng nhập, token phổ biến, chuỗi authorization/cookie và giá trị giống số thẻ được loại bỏ trước khi lưu và trước khi xuất. Đoạn DOM loại trừ giá trị ô nhập, trình xử lý sự kiện và HTML tuỳ ý của trang.

Ô nhập liệu hiển thị và khung nhúng không truy cập được được che mặc định. Ô mật khẩu/bí mật đã nhận diện vẫn được che khi tắt che ô nhập thông thường. Chữ riêng tư khác, ảnh và ảnh tham chiếu không được tự nhận diện bằng OCR để che. Hãy kiểm tra bản xem trước; cơ chế che không đảm bảo mọi ảnh đều không còn dữ liệu nhạy cảm.

Thời gian lưu, xoá và quyền truy cập thiết bị

Phiên cục bộ được giữ đến khi bạn xoá hoặc dọn dữ liệu tiện ích. Xoá phiên trong Lịch sử sẽ xoá bản ghi cùng ảnh. Cài đặt có thể xoá phiên, ảnh, tuỳ chọn và trạng thái hướng dẫn ban đầu. Gỡ tiện ích sẽ xoá dữ liệu do trình duyệt quản lý. Bản đã xuất vẫn nằm ở nơi bạn lưu hoặc chia sẻ.

Chrome quản lý riêng quyền website. Dữ liệu cục bộ không được mã hoá độc lập với hồ sơ trình duyệt; người có quyền truy cập hồ sơ hoặc thiết bị có thể truy cập dữ liệu.

Không bán, theo dõi hay dùng sai mục đích

Tiện ích không bán hoặc chuyển dữ liệu đánh giá cho bên thứ ba, không dùng để quảng cáo, đánh giá mức độ tín nhiệm hay cho vay. Việc xử lý chỉ nhằm tạo, quản lý và xuất các phiên bạn yêu cầu. Không có theo dõi sử dụng hoặc telemetry trong tiện ích.

Hỗ trợ và truy cập website

Với câu hỏi hoặc yêu cầu về quyền riêng tư, dùng trang liên hệ AppKiro bên dưới. Thông tin bạn chủ động gửi được dịch vụ liên hệ của website tiếp nhận để trả lời. Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc dữ liệu đánh giá riêng tư khi không cần thiết.

Website AppKiro có chính sách riêng cho phân tích truy cập, cookie và biểu mẫu liên hệ. Các dịch vụ website này tách biệt với dữ liệu đánh giá lưu cục bộ của tiện ích.

Cập nhật chính sách

Khi cách xử lý dữ liệu của tiện ích thay đổi, chính sách này sẽ được cập nhật kèm ngày sửa đổi. Hãy xem lại chính sách và quyền tiện ích yêu cầu khi cài bản cập nhật.
